Newer electronics often have low-closure force requirements. The Soft-Shield® family lines of fabric over foam core EMI shielded gasketing provides good shielding performance while eliminating waste and speeding assembly. They are available in many configurations to meet your low closure force needs. Below you will find listed a few of the family lines:

Knitted wire over foam EMI gaskets.
>70 dB attenuation from 20 MHz to 10 GHz.
Only .35 lb/inch closure force.

Soft-Shield 2000 -
Conductive yarn over foam EMI gaskets.
